This charming cottage is wonderfully located above the harbour in the 'Old Town' part of Barmouth, up on Barmouth Rock. As you make your way up the hill to the cottage the views are stunning as they look across the Mawddach Estuary and out over Cardigan Bay.

From the property there are stunning hill and coastal walks along the Estuary described by Ruskin as, 'one of the most sublime views in Europe.
